- preparation of CAD geometry, creation of the fluid geometry
- thermal simulation of electrical device (thermal loads, forced convection (fan))
- calculation of temperature field
- structural analysis of the electrical device, temperature field as preload
- calculation of thermal expansion of electrical device and resulting forces between selected components
