This advanced seminar deals with applications of high-frequency analyzes with the solver MAGNETICS.

Hierfür stehen Lösungen im Zeit- und Frequenzbereich zur Verfügung, in welchen die "Full-Wave"-Formulierung zur Anwendung kommt, d.h. die vollständige Lösung der Maxwellschen Gleichungen mit Kopplung des magnetischen und elektrischen Felds sowie der Verschiebungsströme.

Areas of application are the determination of the characteristics of antennas and waveguides, as well as investigations of “electromagnetic compatibility” (EMC, EMC) and “interference” (EMI). This also includes the 'Electrical Fast Transient' test (EFT) and the 'Electro-Static Discharge' (ESD) test.
